Post subject: Differences of Hemi-Sync Products

Hello all,
I have been using Hemi-Sync for about a year. I know it's not long, and I don't even consider myself yet even scratching the surface of its potential.
When I first decided to purchase a hemi-sync product I was very confused because there are so many. Some of them are very specific in what they do while others can be vague (which isn't necessarly bad because sometimes better to experience things on your own without any preconceived notions.) However, I thought it might be useful if we share some of our experence and opinions about certain titles with each other so that we may be better able to choose what we want best.
I have only used "Transcendence" until now and it has helped me reach a deeply relaxed state with great metal clarity. It helps me reduce the "chatter" in my mind and makes me more present and aware. I am still just starting to work with it.

I would imagine that most everyone would explain the effects of hemi-sync™ differently. But for me, after using several titles, I like "Concentration" and I recently tried "Retain, Recall, Release". I place the titles that I use into two classifications, Gateway and everything else. I use the Gateway when I feel like making a concentrated effort to "expand" and I use everything else to "let go" (sort of speaking). The most direct and pronounced effect that it has had for me, is improved sleeping. I sleep better and it has enabled me to feel refreshed upon waking up. This alone makes their use worthwhile.
I guess that some could write a book on the effects that HS has had on them. To date, all my effects have been positive and not one negative thing can be said about it.
I like the feeling of being a little "spacey" after listening. It is not uncomfortable at all and actually feels like there is less stress present. This is a nice feeling to carry around during the day. For this, I like the "Concentration" title.
